Two Saskatchewan farm workers have contracted a new flu virus strain, which Canadian officials have reported to the World Health Organization. The new strain contains genes from a seasonal human flu strain and a flu virus common in the swine population. The current H1N1 pandemic strain contains human, swine and avian genes. The new strain is not related to the current H1N1 strain that has killed over 400 people worldwide, and is believed to be only of low public health risk. Those who have already received the flu vaccine should have some immunity against this strain.

i would like to comment on my injury to my groin from doing a backward lunge slightly on my right leg/foot. i reaggraved it 6 months later when i slipped on spilled rice on the isle of a grocery store. since then, the original injury got worst but i received a burning line on top of my groin going all the way around to the bottom of my back. my job says now that i am having back issues on my right side, body weakness on the right side, neck pain and occasional loose urination. my job and their doctor states that is a seperate injury. my doctors say they are interrealated especially when i injured my back at work 2 years prior(it got much better). Can you tell me your opinion? sincerely, willette

I think one of the toughest things for me is getting too caught up in reps and sets. Lets say I plan on doing 4 sets of 12 reps sometimes I make it so I have to hit those exactly when maybe 3 sets was enough and on my last set I only got 10 reps but I quickly lower the weight and bust out 2 more reps.
