I think one of the toughest things for me is getting too caught up in reps and sets. Lets say I plan on doing 4 sets of 12 reps sometimes I make it so I have to hit those exactly when maybe 3 sets was enough and on my last set I only got 10 reps but I quickly lower the weight and bust out 2 more reps.

i would like to comment on my injury to my groin from doing a backward lunge slightly on my right leg/foot. i reaggraved it 6 months later when i slipped on spilled rice on the isle of a grocery store. since then, the original injury got worst but i received a burning line on top of my groin going all the way around to the bottom of my back. my job says now that i am having back issues on my right side, body weakness on the right side, neck pain and occasional loose urination. my job and their doctor states that is a seperate injury. my doctors say they are interrealated especially when i injured my back at work 2 years prior(it got much better). Can you tell me your opinion? sincerely, willette
