hjc, then capitalism works, so why try to convert to socialism. Let everyman fend for himself and surpluses will flow through genorosity to those that are incapable of production. Reality is something that will remain finite as long as opportunity exists.

Nine Billion $USA in medical research swept through the congress without much objection, shortly after the letter to His Honorable President Obama was written by someone less than one month before. One can not blindly say that the Government want us to die. Despite of the economic depression , we eat better, live better, and travel better, and otherthan the war for the 9/11, the major countries are at peace. The Berlin Wall is gone. The Chinese open their market. The 'Russian' president was said to inquire about the way the Chinese went through the depression so very un-cinched. Throughout seventy years of my life, I have never seen such a cooperative world. Was it better a hundred years ago? Let us look at one movie from Mr. Jet Li, the XXXX, it says the war a hundred years ago caused the life as many as the entire WW2 altogether ! And that, was just in one country with one fifth of the world population. The American Indians has just recently got their fair share of living standard. So, the world as I see it, deserve the chance, and the Human race deserve the chance. Afterall, who is watching out for the enviroment, who is caring for the endangering species. Take a deep breath and pick your chin up. we are looking towards a bright future, of peace and cooperations and happiness.
About the telemere, it was said to be, after fifty divisions, it reaches the end.Remember, the bible had people lived far beyond the hundred years ( my own mother just died at age 100. ) I hope that we will work together, just think, with the accumulated knowledge as our age advance, what we can accomplish. Thanks for your attention.

Hello:
Kent: You are right on the money and by now, God is laughing at
their scientists anyway. Can hardly wait for the next
       election!

Veteran: Who in heck would want to live for a "long time (forever)" in the world we have to live in today. Bring back the old days (which I assure you were not nerve-wracking like today's). And yeah, I'd like to live longer than I'm probably going to, since they are probably going to be getting rid of people my age soon...the way it looks from here....but not before
my next birthday next week, I hope!..... :)

Why in Jesus' name would anyone want to live longer than nature intends in this corrupt world?

Liberal government is taking over your life anyway and some beuracrat will determin when you are to die. Personal choice and responsibility are dead features in America. If your lifestyle doesn't meet government standards, you'll be fined, imprisoned or elimnated if your no longer productive.

Remember, elections have consequencies.
